New Calling Plan Information

EFFECTIVE JUNE 1, 2009
CLEAR SAVINGS 500 CALLING PLAN BUNDLE
This plan includes 500 minutes of 1+ Direct Dialed Service per month and a choice of three calling features. $14.95 per month.
Any minutes over 500 will be billed at 3.5 cents per minute.
UNLIMITED LOCAL AND LONG DISTANCE CALLING PLAN PLUS A CHOICE OF THREE CALLING FEATURES $45.95 PER MONTH
RESTRICTIONS: The Unlimited Calling Plan is for typical residential voice usage only. Usage maybe monitored in order to
assure compliance with the calling plan. If usage exceeds 3000
minutes per month a customer may be asked to show compliance.
Hiawatha Broadband Communications, Inc., reserves
the right to move a customer to an alternate plan should noncompliance be determined. Calls that do not fall within the Unlimited Local and Long Distance plan include but are not limited to data and fax calls, multi-party conference calls, call to 900 numbers, directory assistance, calling card, operator services, international calling, toll free calling services, calls used for general business purposes, auto dialing, chat rooms, transcription services, call centers and direct telemarketing centers. Depending on the service area, EAS may or may not be included in the stated rates. HBCI reserves the right to cancel, modify or discontinue the Unlimited Calling Plan at any time without notice.

    We have received a copy of an email asking for usernames and passwords that is being sent to our customers. It tries to look official and even has a disclaimer at the bottom. We do not send any email like this, our policy is to have customers call and get authenticated rather than use email which is insecure both to protect your identities and our servers from abuse.

    If you receive an email like this it is not from us and is likely from a computer that is infected with a virus or a spammer attempting to hack your account. You should immediately delete the message and do nothing it asks for. If you have already sent your email username and password please call our technical support team at 474-HELP to change your password asap. Thank you.
