Be sure to check out our General Settings page for the correct mail server settings if you have an e-mail address other than @hbci.com.

1. Open Outlook Express
2. Go to the Tools menu and select Accounts
   
3. In the Internet Accounts window, click the Add button and select Mail...
   
4. In the Internet Connection Wizard window, enter your name (first and last) and click Next.
   
5. Enter your e-mail address (username@hbci.com) and click Next.
   
6. Enter the incoming and outgoing mail servers (mail.hbci.com) and click Next.
   
7. Enter your account name, if not already filled in, and your password. Check the Remember Password checkbox to have Outlook Express remember your e-mail password for you. Click Next.
   
   
8. Click Finish to complete the process.
9. Click Close in the Internet Accounts window to return to the main Outlook Express window.
